• When registering a team, select the appropriate division registration based on the player's birth year. 
• Fill out the adult info and submit.
• Once the first adult info is complete, you will be able to add a second adult or a child.
• Please use your child’s given name on his/her Birth Certificate. Nicknames, if used, can be added as additional information.
• Click the register button next to the child’s name you would like to register. Adults do not need to register themselves. (DO NOT CLICK ON THE REGISTER BUTTON NEXT TO THE ADULTS). Fill out the requested information for each player.
